PRODUCTION
All our jewels are designed and handmade in Italy thanks to meticulous and often complex manual workmanship that allows us to combine crystals, natural stones and embroidery worthy of the most prestigious Italian goldsmith's art 🇮🇹.
We are a consolidated reality and also recognized abroad given that we are present on the food market haute couture jewelry since 2001.

Each piece of jewelery is produced when you purchase it exclusively for you, so you can request CUSTOMIZATIONS, for example on the length of the necklaces (however all adjustable) or on the closure of the earrings (butterfly or clip) or other needs whose feasibility we will evaluate together.
MATERIALS and CARE
All our jewels are made with HYPOALLERGIC and NICKEL FREE materials. The frames are usually made of antique gold-colored galvanized brass, hypoallergenic and nickel free.
All our jewels are made with the highest quality materials, however we believe it is useful to inform you that brass, like silver, is subject to oxidation and therefore it may be necessary to polish the products with a damp cloth or with special detergents.
Avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelery or letting it come into contact with disinfectant gels and other types of detergents.

RINGS
All our rings are ADJUSTABLE thanks to an invisible slot located at the base of the frame.
NECKLACES
Our necklaces are all ADJUSTABLE thanks to an extension chain on the back but, in case of more specific customization needs, do not hesitate to contact us and we will offer you the most suitable solutions.
EARRINGS
Almost all of our earrings can also be made with a CLIP CLOSURE, to check their feasibility we invite you to contact our customer service (shop@tataborello.com).

SHIPPING TIMES and COSTS
Normally your purchases are shipped within 3-4 working days of receiving the order as all our jewelery is hand-produced in Italy.
In Italy shipping costs €9 but is free for orders over €100 and delivery usually takes place in 3-4 working days to which technical production times must be added.
In Europe shipping costs €15 and delivery usually takes place in 5-6 working days to which technical production times must be added.
In non-European countries, including the UK, Switzerland and Monaco, shipping costs €20.
In America, Canada, Central America, Asia, Africa shipping costs €30.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
The exchange or return for any product can be requested within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending an email to shop@tataborello.com indicating the order number and buyer data.
Subsequently the customer must send the product back if possible within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
